About Us

Weltē Electronic Systems is a growing security and fire alarm company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Connecticut and New York.

We take pride in doing things the right way—clean installations, professional service, and long-term customer relationships.

We run a high-standard, no-drama operation where technicians are trusted, respected, and given the opportunity to grow.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a licensed, experienced technician who can handle both installation and service work across:

  •  Burglar alarm systems (Qolsys, DSC, Alarm.com)
  •  Video surveillance (IP cameras, NVRs, networking)
  •  Access control systems
  •  Fire alarm systems

This is a role for someone who wants to:

  •  We focus on quality work, not rushing jobs
  •  You’ll work directly with ownership (no corporate layers)
  •  Opportunity to grow into a lead or senior technician role

Top performers currently earn $40–45+/hour based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

  •  Install, program, and service alarm, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently
  •  Maintain clean, organized, and professional installations
  •  Communicate clearly with customers on-site
  •  Complete jobs on schedule and document work performed

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  •  Valid Connecticut low voltage license (L5, L6, C5, or C6)
  •  3+ years of hands-on field experience (installation AND service)
  •  Strong troubleshooting ability
  •  Valid driver’s license and clean record

What We’re Looking For

  • Punctual and reliable — shows up ready to work every day
  • Professional attitude with customers and team
  • Self-sufficient — can run service calls independently
  • Detail-oriented — clean, organized work
  • Takes pride in doing the job right the first time

Compensation & Benefits

  • $35–45/hour based on experience and performance
  •  Overtime opportunities
